FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS: CAN I PLACE A PUPPY ON HOLD? ​No. We understand buying a new puppy is a investment and substantial commitment. Unfortunately, we (hold) reserve puppies with a deposits. We realize clients may take time to decide on the puppy of their choice. However, we accept limited deposits per litter. CAN I ARRANGE TO MEET IN PERSON? No. Due to the safety and health precautions such as; virus and bacteria, we do not expose our puppies to the public. Clients are not permitted to visit our place of business. We are willing to share as many pictures and videos to help you make a decision for your new family member. NOTE: Photos are current and updated frequently on our website. HOW CAN I SEE MY PUPPY CURRENT PHOTOS? We love to hear how excited our new clients are to receive their new family puppy. As much as we enjoy keeping our clients up-to-date photos and videos are updated currently on our website gallery. Our photos are taking weekly. Let us know and we will make sure to take photos and post them on our sites weekly. SHOULD I NEUTER MY PUPPY? In the puppy contractual agreement "new owners" with Limited AKC registration require neuter or spay their puppy at the appropriate age recommended by their Vet. (NOTE: Reduces cancer and prostate discorder) We highly recommend locating a veterinarian that specializes in providing medical care for French Bulldogs. MAY I PURCHASE A PUPPY IF I LIVE OUT OF STATE? Absolutely! We will personally hand deliver our puppies to you at your nearest major airport. There is an additional courier fee of within the United States, fees are based on airline flight cost. Price is subject to change base on flight availability. PUPPY'S FULL PAYMENT IS REQUIRE PRIOR TO OUT-OF-STATE DELIVERIES. WILL MY PUPPY IMMUNIZATIONS RECORD BE UP-TO-DATE ? Yes; we will ensure up to date immunizations records, including a veterinary examination. This information will all be in the packet you will receive when you obtain your puppy. We will also provide you with a recommendation list of immunization vaccination for the lifetime of your Frenchie. WHAT DO I NEED TO HAVE BEFORE MY PUPPY COMES HOME? Here is a list of the basic necessities you may need for your new puppy. Puppy water & food bowl Puppy food Treats Harness Kennel Pee pads Toys Pooper Scooper Doggie gate Puppy play pen Pillow and/or blankets (Frenchies love pillows) WILL I RECEIVE A CONTRACT AGREEMENT UPON PURCHASE? Yes. Each puppy sale requires a signed contract agreement. Our contract agreement provides our clients with an understanding of the health guarantee of our puppies and the requirements of the new owner. This agreement protects the new owner in regards to the quality of the puppies breed, and health. We provide a 1 year health agreement guarantee. HOW MUCH IS MY DEPOSIT? We accept deposits to secure the purchase of a puppy. You can fill out the deposit form or just call/email/text us to request a reservation. A non refundable deposit of $1,000 is required to finalize the reservation process. ALL DEPOSITS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY ONLINE BANK TRANSFER OR PAYPAL. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH DEPOSITS. Prices are based on a combination of color, conformation, and DNA. Therefore, our prices are determined at 4 weeks of age. At 4 weeks, we announce puppy prices and begin our client's selection process. If puppies listed for the current litter does not meet you preference, you'll have pick of a puppy in the next available litter. All of our puppies are AKC registered.
